- Your address details for the last 3 years
- Your bank or building society details
- Your employer's name and address
- The details of your other credit or storecards if you would like to apply for a Balance Transfer
- A pen and paper to write down your application reference number

- Have a UK bank or building society account (including Channel Islands and Isle of Man)
- Be a permanent resident of the UK (including Channel Islands and Isle of Man)
- Be able to provide at least one landline telephone number and a valid email address
