Please have the following to hand to complete your application:

  • Your address details for the last 3 years
  • Your bank or building society details
  • Your employer's name and address
  • The details of your other credit or storecards if you would like to apply for a Balance Transfer
  • A pen and paper to write down your application reference number and any temporary card details

To apply for a card you should:

  • Be aged 25 or over
  • Be in full-time employment and have a minimum household income of £20,000
  • Have a UK bank or building society account (including Channel Islands and Isle of Man)
  • Be a permanent resident of the UK (including Channel Islands and Isle of Man)
  • Be able to provide at least one landline telephone number and a valid email address

Subject to status. Applicants for credit must be aged 25 or over and UK resident (including Isle of Man and Channel Islands).

*Balance Transfer. Subject to eligibility, availability of funds and Account terms and conditions. You can balance transfer up to 90% of your available credit limit. A fee of 2.9% (minimum fee £3) applies to each balance transfer. Balance transfers from existing storecard accounts issued by Creation Financial Services and credit cards issued by Sygma Bank UK are not permitted. Minimum value for balance transfer is £50. To qualify for the 0% introductory rate, a balance transfer must be carried out within the first 60 days of the account being opened. At the end of the promotional period, you will be charged the standard rates of interest in accordance with your account.
